Care instructions

Cleaning:
Use the included microfiber cloth to gently clean your jewelry regularly. It removes fingerprints, skin oils, and light dirt without damaging the surface.
Avoid contact with chemicals:
Please avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, cleaning products, or chlorinated water. These substances can permanently damage the surface.
Water resistance:
Stainless steel is water-resistant – however, it is recommended to remove the jewelry when showering or swimming to maintain its shine and quality in the long term.
Storage:
Store your jewelry in a dry and protected place – preferably in a soft pouch or jewelry box to avoid scratches.

Delivery

Your piece of jewelry will be individually crafted upon request – please allow approximately 5-7 working days for production before shipping.

Since your piece of jewelry is made individually upon request , returns are unfortunately not possible .
However, should a production error occur – for example, if a binding ring comes loose, a fastener is defective, or an element comes loose unexpectedly –
A free repair can of course be arranged.
In such cases we will of course also cover the shipping costs .
